"I sent an online quote request via Doyle's Appliance website.   Phil responded the same day and clearly outlined the costs to diagnose the issue.   I called him on his phone and he answered right away.  I made an appointment and we agreed that he would come to my home the next morning at 9:00.   As promised, Phil came right on time the next morning.   We spoke briefly about the problem I was having with the dryer, and he proceeded to diagnose the issue.  He uncovered an issue with the motor.  I had asked him to be honest with recommendations to proceed with a repair vs. a new purchase.  Phil made every effort to save the motor which will allow me to get a little more time and value out of the dryer.  He took the entire machine apart, cleaned it thoroughly, and left the area as clean as when he entered it.   In the end, the dryer is now fully functional, and while I don't know how much more time I will get out of it,  he made every reasonable effort to try and save me money via a repair.  Phil was friendly, professional, and took the time to show me where the problem was and how things worked.   I am extremely pleased with the service received from Phil and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repairs in and around my home area."
